Have a look at this video and see for yourself. In the original video, this guy (who has posted several disparaging videos about Enagic machines) actually took a sledgehammer to this machine. Who would do that to a perfectly good, working machine that should still be worth at least $2,000 or so on Craigslist?
It's a bit odd that this rep sees nothing unusual about the fact that he got less than 4 years of use out of his water ionizer. He tries to make it sound as if the only reason he's saying goodbye to his water ionizer is because he is "upgrading." But why would anyone feel the need to upgrade a $3,000 ionizer, unless it broke, or you weren't entirely happy with it?
If Enagic reps weren't happy with their ionizers after 4 years, and Tyent had a better machine, you'd think they'd be "upgrading" to a Tyent.
But somehow that never seems to happen.
Why do you suppose that is?

If you haven't already seen it, this is a great video by Curtis Goble, showing how buying a cheap ionizer will cost you far more money in the long run, than buying a quality one, today.
And we recommend learning more about "lifetime warranties" as well.
