This "comparison chart" on Life Ionizer's site is a classic example of how Life Ionizer literally makes up facts, in order to sell their machines. Just about everything in this chart is inaccurate or misleading.

The third column from the left shows Enagic's "statistics" (according to Life Ionizer).
They try to make you think a transformer is somehow a bad thing, when the opposite is true. A transformer is a much more expensive, reliable technology that gives the water a more stable and long-lasting charge, than SMPS.
They don't tell you that Enagic's 230 watts utilize continuous power, unlike the erratic charge delivered by SMPS.
They say Enagic started in the US in 2004, when it was 2003.
They say Enagic's ORP only gets up to -612, when it can go up to -800 (the only reason it would test lower is if the machine needs to be cleaned). This is easy to fix.
They say the pH ranges from 4.5 to 10.3, when it is 2.5 to 11.5.
They say the flow rate is just 3 liters a minute, when it is 4.5 to 7.5 liters per minute.
The ONE thing that is accurate is that Enagic machines have a 5 year warranty (though they are built like Japanese cars that have a 5 year warranty, but tend to last 15-30 years if you take care of them). What they also don't tell you is that their "lifetime warranty" doesn't mean your lifetime... it's the lifetime of the machine.
To an unsuspecting person who doesn't know much about water ionization (which is about 99 percent of the population), the following chart from Life Ionizer's site might look pretty believable.
This is what Enagic's REAL restocking fees are (this is a highlighted screen shot of their actual return policy):
You can see a full copy of Enagic's return policy on THIS PAGE.
Please be very cautious about Life Ionizer. They may look credible on the surface, but if you take the time to do your research you will see they think nothing of making up facts, in order to make a sale.
When they deliberately mislead you by making you think they will cover your machine for your whole lifetime (when it's really more like a few years), and they make up so many facts about Enagic... how can they trust anything they tell you?
