25 Things you NEED TO KNOW, before buying an ionizer from Alkaline Water Plus (AWP)! Points #6-10

Continued from THIS PAGE:

 (This page lists items #6-10)

#6:  The HARD WATER PROBLEM

Did you know that calcium (and therefore, scale build-up) is the #1 killer of an ionizer? You may not realize this, but if you live in an area with hard water, you can void your warranty if you don't purchase pricey cleaning cartridges from Alkaline Water Plus.

And about 85% of the country has hard water!

You can see a map of hard water areas, to the left, and a larger map by clicking HERE

If you live in a hard water area, and buy an ionizer from Alkaline Water Plus...

You will need to purchase these types of filters (shown below), in addition to the filter that comes with your machine (maybe that's what the "plus" in Alkaline Water Plus really stands for)! Otherwise, calcium / scale deposits WILL build up inside your ionizer.

Inexpensive machines from South Korea are not designed to handle hard water for long! This calcium issue is such a big problem for ionizers, that some companies even have a policy which states, if you don't also buy a Reverse Osmosis system, your warranty will be VOIDED!

But Enagic ionizers can easily be cleaned at home, with a reusable cartridge.

In addition, Enagic ionizers can be deep cleaned at home, with some of your own supplies that you may already have.

Do you really want to keep throwing your money away on expensive cleaning cartridges?

Make sure your ionizer can be cleaned... easily & affordably!

#7:  STOLEN TESTIMONIALS

The definition of a testimonial is: a formal statement testifying to someone's character and qualifications.

Cathleen uses many KANGEN WATER testimonials on her site, giving the direct impression they are her personal customers’ testimonials… but they’re NOT!

For the record...

Enagic makes NO claims to cure, prevent, or treat any disease.

#8: Cheaply made plates

Cathleen LoGrasso's statement that the Nexus Smart 7P has "the most advanced platinum coated titanium electrodes in the world" is really a stretch.

Please have a look at this side by side comparison of Enagic plates vs. Nexus plates. Enagic incorporates a micro-plating technique which is more expensive, but it gives the plates a thicker, smoother coating, with greater ionizing capacity.

In addition, many of AWP’s ionizers have cheap MESH plates that easily degrade.

Did you know that a Nexus Smart 7P Ionizer actually uses 5 MESH plates, and only TWO solid plates? Cathleen LoGrasso doesn't even seem to realize this, but you can find out the truth by calling the manufacturer.

Even the machines with solid plates aren’t as good, since they don’t use the same amount of platinum, or medical grade titanium.

It's easy for Cathleen LoGrasso to SAY her ionizer has the best plates in the world...
and another thing, to be able to BACK IT UP!

#9: Toxic titanium alloys

Cheap plates that are made with titanium that is NOT medical grade, can leach toxic alloys into your water.  Don't believe it? Call a titanium manufacturer to ask what will happen to water that’s exposed to titanium that's not medical grade.

The best way to find out if a company really uses medical grade titanium, is to ask the seller for a titanium inspection certificate (but don't be surprised if they don't give it to you).

This is the titanium inspection certificate for the Nexus 7P ionizer (which shows it does NOT use medical grade titanium), side by side with the inspection certificate from Enagic (which does use medical grade titanium).

If you’re going to drink this type of water, please get your blood tested for metal alloys, every 6 months. There really are people who’ve gotten sick from drinking water from machines with cheap plates. Do you really want a machine that’s always going to make you wonder when toxic alloys are going to start getting into your water - and your body?

#10:  Misleading consumers about Enagic’s plates

Cathleen LoGrasso wants her customers to believe that this (below left) is what a typical Enagic plate looks like.

Here is what's on her site. The photo shown below is from a page on Enagic's site, that shows what will happen if you SEVERELY neglect your machine!

Cathleen's "faulty comparison" technique is like pointing to a Ferrari that died on the side of the road because the oil was never changed, and saying “Don’t ever get a Ferrari....look what happens to all of them!"
